The estimated arrival time is 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and between 1 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul.
Returns / Exchange:
You can return the product you purchased from our site free of charge within 14 days, provided that it is unused, its labels have not been removed and its resaleability feature is intact, with all accessories complete and the invoice. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge.
