On the first business day after your order is delivered to the courier, your shipment tracking number will be created by the courier company and sent to you via e-mail. The estimated arrival time is 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and between 1 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul.
Returns / Exchange:
You can return the product you purchased from our site free of charge within 14 days, provided that it is unused, its labels have not been removed and its resaleability feature is intact, with all accessories complete and the invoice.
